Approach each new problem not with a view of finding what you hope will be there, but to get the truth, the realities that must be grappled with. You may not like what you find. In that case you are entitled to try to change it. But do not deceive yourself as to what you do find to be the facts of the situation.

I was seeing a 7 year old in the office with diabetes few weeks ago. As he walked out with his father to make a follow up appointment, he said that he wanted to talk to me again. I got him back in the room when he asked, "do you really hope that we will have a cure to diabetes so that I do not have to take shots?" I said that I do and added that hope is what will make us work harder towards a better tomorrow.
In every act of life, we hope for something. If we do not have that hope.... that expectation.... we will stop looking for tomorrow. When a teacher teaches a new math skill, the hope is the student can understand and apply the concept in future. When we start a new job or a business, the hope is that we can make a better living in the future. Hope drives us to do better. Hope helps us to get through difficult times. Hope makes us forget the negativity of a thought process and makes us dream for a better tomorrow. You please do not take away the hope from you, your children, you friends or your employees at any time.

Remember Tooth fairy.....
More to come.... Dream a lot, Think creative, Work hard and Succeed.
